Is Shareadeals.com Legit or a Fraud?

Most online shoppers will go above and beyond to get bargains. However, as customers hunt for bargain deals, scammers have laid traps to lure unsuspecting customers with fake deals and other uncouth practices.

When Shareadeals.com was among the most searched sites on ScamAdviser, we decided to take a look and give an honest opinion. Join us as we discuss everything there is to know about Shareadeals.com and determine if it is legit or a scam. Shall we begin?

Changing Store Name

One of the most visible things that I noted about Shareadeals.com is the ever-changing store name. Sure, the domain reads Shareadeals but where are the other names coming from? For starters, Niceebikes and Salebikee feature heavily on the site, including the website footer.

This is a desperate attempt to try and throw off customers and confuse them so that it becomes hard to follow up. After all, with three different names, which one can you say with certainty is the one?

Confusing Contact Details

Similar to the tactic above, I also noticed that the website is using different emails. For instance, at the bottom of the page, they list support@halaboommall.com as their email. However, when they list their email address under Contact Us, they list yet another email address support@salebikee.com.

One thing that’s evident is the fact that both emails list different domain names. Scammers often give confusing contact details so that reaching them becomes nearly impossible.

High-pressure Sales Tactics

When you check out their products, you will notice a timer that is conspicuously placed above the prices. Under this, they have also placed the number of items sold and remaining pieces.

The use of high-pressure sales tactics is common with scammers to create a sense of urgency.

The Real Owners of Shareadeals.com

On their “About Us” page, they claim that Sharedeals is owned by Bin Estrella GmbH, which is based in Darmstadt’ Germany.

What could go wrong with a German-registered company, you ask? Well, it turns out that scammers hide under one registered company, mostly in Europe, to mask the real identity of the perpetrators.

Bin Estrella GmbH has attracted a lot of negative criticism on its own and to make matters worse, it is associated with another dubious website Sukuny.com. Read about its review here.

Customer Reviews

Though the website is barely a month old, I found a negative review of the site. One customer on ScamAdviser thinks the site is likely a scam, though they don’t dive deeper into what happened.

On Trustpilot, the site has an overall rating of 2.5/5 stars, with many highlighting the cheaper prices which are too good to be true.

Bottom Line

In general, we doubt the legitimacy of Shareadeals.com, as there are too many red flags that are hard to ignore. The store has different names on the website, which is unheard of with legit businesses. They have gone a step further and listed two different emails which are likely meant to confuse customers and make it harder to reach them.

They claim they are owned by Bin Estrella GmbH which in itself has attracted a lot of negative feedback from customers. The customer reviews we found are mostly negative with many customers pointing out the too-good-to-be-true prices.

In general, customers should exercise caution when shopping at Shareadeals.com. The high-pressure tactics and many other characteristics overlap with scams. There are many more reliable marketplaces out there.
