Septchic is an online store that claims to be selling women’s clothing items such as tops, dresses, sweaters, bottoms, shoes and more. The domain name was registered in April 2019. The registrant’s details such as name, location and contact details have not been provided. This means that the website is being operated anonymously. The site itself does not look impressive, as the same generic design is used by countless Chinese ecommerce stores.
The products being sold on the website look a bit fishy, as they are edited images that do not show the actual products.
Additionally, the products being sold by Septchic can also be found on numerous other webshops. Many of these sites use the same design as Septchic, which is the first indication that they might be related in some way.
The textual content on the website is not original either. There are at least 15 other websites that are using the same text. The names of these websites are given at the end of the article in the ‘Appendix’ section.
Similar text was also used on the website Stardressy and its related websites. After doing a full review, we determined that the websites are extremely likely to be scams. Therefore, there is reason to believe that Septchic is related to suspicious websites.
Another link between Stardressy and Septchic is revealed on the Terms & Conditions page. This page mentions that the page is operated by a Hong-Kong based company called ZC Holdings Limited. Stardressy’s website provided the same details, which clearly shows that Septchic has connections to untrustworthy websites.
While testing the checkout process, I found that the account associated with the website is named Piu Fashion Limited. This name is not mentioned anywhere on the site. It is quite odd that the PayPal account name doesn’t match with either the website’s name or the parent company’s.
The About Us page contains another sign that Septchic may be a scam. Even though the domain registration information shows that the website name was registered only in April 2019, this page says that Septchic was founded in 2018. This is impossible and seems like a blatant lie.
There is further confusion regarding the age in the website footer and FAQ section. In both places, it is mentioned that the website was created in 2010. Once again, this is obviously a lie.

Scamadviser Verification
The Scamadviser page of Septchic has not been claimed by the company.
The most curious thing about Septchic is that they provide absolutely no contact details. The website does not have a ‘Contact Us’ page and clicking the link in the footer only leads to a sign-in page. There is no email address or phone number given on the website. While there are two company addresses, none of them is a return address. There does not seem to be any way to contact the company after making a purchase, which is a giant red flag.
There are three social media profile links given on the website. However, the Facebook page no longer exists.
The other two pages are not active. The first post on the Instagram page was made in November 2019, which once again shows that the website has not been active since 2010 or 2018.
The Pinterest page has the generic username ‘socialmedia0058’ and only contains a board named in Chinese with 5 pins. Therefore, Septchic doesn’t have any real presence on social media.
There are very few reviews available for Septchic, all of which are negative. Some customers have complained that they never received their items after placing the orders, while others have said that they received inferior items in the wrong sizes. You can read the reviews of Septchic here.
There is an extremely high likelihood that Septchic is a scam.
It has a Trust Score of 1% on Scamadviser, indicating that it is exceptionally risky to shop on this website. You can read more about Septchic’s Trust Score here.
The products being sold by Septchic can be found on several other websites, most of which look like dubious Chinese online stores. The images of the products themselves are fake, as they are images of clothing designs edited onto templates of models. This means that the images don’t actually show the clothing being worn by models.
The text used on the website is not original either, as the same can be found on at least 15 other websites. The content on Septchic’s website also establishes a connection between it and Stardressy, which is another website that was found to be risky to shop on. Both websites are found to be operated by the same parent company named ZC Holding Limited based in Hong Kong. The same company also operates several other websites, most of which are considered to be untrustworthy.
Septchic does not provide any contact details. In fact, the website does not even have a proper Contact Us page. There is no phone number or email address provided to contact the company once a purchase has been made. There are two addresses hidden away in the Terms & Conditions page, neither of which is a return address. The PayPal account associated with the website is named Piu Fashion Limited and does not seem to have any connection to Septchic or ZC Holding Ltd.
The few reviews that are available for Septchic are from customers who never received their orders or received low-quality items. It is advisable to avoid shopping on Septchic or any of ZC Holding Limited’s other websites, as they do not seem to be genuine stores.
