When a new site hits the market, clients are curious to try and test it out. Jerobin.com is no different. This site is a new online store that has been garnering a lot of attention lately. Before making any decisions, people have been searching it on ScamAdviser and want to know if jerobin.com is a fraud or legit.
We went on a quest to investigate and find out everything we could about this store. Jerobin is an online store that sells a variety of items in the training and fitness niche.
Usually, an online store will have some form of contact info so that potential customers can get in touch with them. Jerobin provides an email address contact@munfix.net which interestingly, contains a different domain name.
This is not a good sign as it suggests that Jerobin may be one among a number of scammy sites created to defraud customers and not a genuine standalone brand. In fact, we have found this to be a common trick that scammers use.
On the contact us page, they have listed their address as Room 1845, No.167, Linhe West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, 510000. However, I could not find the business on Google Maps.
In addition, the address, Linhe West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, 510000 has been used by other dubious sites like Sasally. This is another red flag that suggests that Jerobin may not be a legitimate company.
When we take a look at the “About Us” page, we can see that there is mention of the founder, Chris Ferguson. However, when we searched the whole text, which has been uploaded as a picture rather than words, we could not find anything that links the company to him.
The content also seems to be nonsensical as it talks about nutrition supplements even though Jerobin only sells workout clothes.
On Chris Ferguson's Linkedin Page, we found no mention of Jerobin.
There are very limited reviews online about the online store despite the fact that it was started in December 2020. On ScamAdviser, we found 3 reviews with an overall rating of 1/5.
The reviews were damning as people complained of ordering products and never receiving them. There were no other reviews on other sites like Trust Pilot and Site Jabber.
Overall, the site has a reasonable return policy. However, we noted that customers must pay for the return of the products and are responsible for any eventuality before the product reaches the manufacturer. This is something that many legitimate companies do not charge.
After doing our research, we have come to the conclusion that Jerobin is most likely a scam. There are several red flags that suggest that the company is not legitimate. We would not recommend ordering anything from them. We doubt the legitimacy of jerobin.com
