Is blogdodge.shop a Scam or Legit?

With online shops mushrooming left, right and center, it can be hard to know if a site is legit or not. Since it is easy and cheap to open a website and present it as an online store, scammers usually take advantage.

In this review, we will take an in-depth look at blogdodge.shop and see whether it's a legit store or a scam. Join us as we analyze all the relevant information to make an informed decision in the end.

The contact information

Usually, most legit stores will proudly display their contact information. After all, that is what customers use to get in touch. With blogdodge.shop, they claim they are available 24/7 through live chats and emails.

However, I could not find any live chat option on the website. Most legit stores will usually have a pop-up at the bottom of the page which enables quick communication.

When it comes to emails, the site gives service@csvip24h.com as its official email. However, this is clearly from another domain and does not mention Blogdodge or how it's related to the site.

This is what we see with scammers who give different emails which makes it harder for customers to contact them.

The reviews

With many web stores, it can be quite easy to know how they function by simply following their customer reviews. But with Blogdodge, the site does not have any reviews on any of the popular sites like ScamAdviser, Trustpilot, and MyWOT.

This is very common with new websites as there are not many customers who have shopped.

The Return Policy

Any legit company would not want to sell defective products. And when they do, they make it easier for customers to return the products. But with blogdodge.shop, they seem to be doing the opposite. For starters, they seem to give customers a short period of just 12 hours to return the products.

On top of that, customers have to cater for their return shipping costs which, they are advised to use tracking companies and insurance. All this can drive up the whole return costs.

They also claim that if customers do not like the material of the product, they should not return it. This opens up a leeway where customers get poor-quality products and get stuck with them as it is expensive to return them.

The huge discounts

Oftentimes, we see stores running sales programs that have discounts. However, when these discounts are too high, they raise eyebrows. After all, how would a company break even if they see ridiculously low prices?

This is the case with blogdodge.shop seems to have discounts on almost all of its products. While there is nothing wrong with offering discounts, this feels like a marketing plan to convince people to quickly buy the products.

On top of this, there is another offer, where if you buy more products, you will get huge discounts of up to 15% for 4 items.

Additionally, there is a pop-up on the bottom left corner that alleges that certain customers have made a purchase. This is a common trick to pressure you into buying a product or thinking the site is legit.

Bottom Line

All these are common tricks we see with many scammers. They sweeten the deal to entice customers into buying the products. In most cases, the products rarely come and when they do, they are often in bad shape or of poor quality.

The return is made complex so that customers have a tough time should they want to return the products. The contact email is from a different domain, which makes it even harder to communicate. There is no phone number, live chat, or social media presence as alternative methods of communication.

While shopping here, customers should exercise caution as blogdodge.shop has a lot of characteristics that overlap with what we see with other scams.
