But when people started searching for the site on ScamAdviser, we became curious if it's a legit or scam business.

But when I searched the same address on Google maps, I could not find anything related to Bankoff.
When I tried searching the same information on Info-clipper, I could not find anything related to the company or name.
The contact us page lists 20526 Asheville DR, Millsboro, DE 19966, where they say customers should visit them.
The address is listed as the headquarters of Botbox Pro, which may or may not be related to Bankoff. When I checked the information on Info-clipper, the address seemed to check out as the Botbox Pro address.
Botbox Pro is used to centralize conversations with customers and contact information, as they say on their website. There is no mention of Bankoff that I could find on their home page.
They say that if you’re to know the road ahead, you must ask those coming from it. Well, to learn more about Bankoff, one needs to read the reviews of the current and past customers. The reviews don’t make for good reading as many customers complain of many issues.
On Trust Pilot, Bankoff has over 2,000 reviews, with most an overall rating of 3.7 out of 5.
Most of the customers complain about frozen funds and not being able to add access to their hard-earned money.

Bankoff has several social media platforms, including Telegram and Facebook, where they keep their customers posted. The Facebook page is run by Azerbaijan, which is highly suspicious considering the company is in the US.
The page has had several name changes since it was started in July 2010. The page was initially called Funland, later changed to Funland Bankoff and now Fun Bankoff.
According to most of the comments on their posts, customers complain about long delays with money reflected on the accounts. They complain that even after raising the issue, the customer support is non-responsive.
