The company address provided by alcore.live is unlikely to be real. It is situated in a shopping mall and the office video reveals that the office is located in Russia
The company has a general registration in the UK. The documents shown are not related to betting company permission.
The only found team member of Alcore live is William Copper who has a dead LinkedIn profile. His name indicates that he is of English origin. It is stated that he is a UK citizen and is born in the UK. When you watch the Youtube video, it is evident that this person is not from the UK based on looks and talk with a heavily Slavic accent. The person could also be a paid actor.
The office should be located in the UK as stated. However, the details in the office video show us that this is an office located in Russia based on equipment details, logos, marks. The majority of the employees look like they are coming straight from Russia. This video is the same video used for Alcore.club
They use a certificate that implicates that this company is legit and authorized to let you bet all over the world. At their site, you will find a registration form to try and convincer users that they are legit. However, the form is most likely fake as the logo used is falsified:
