Febspot.com Review: Legitimate Site or a Scam?

With economic downtimes, people are always looking for new ways to make extra money. However, scammers know this and set up fake websites to steal from people. In this review, we will analyze febspot.com which was among the most searched sites on ScamAdviser, which compelled us to look into it.

Febspot.com claims to be an online video platform that allows content creators to monetize their videos. Are they legit or a scam?

How does Febspot work?

Just like YouTube, febspot.com is a platform that lets users monetize their video content. The site claims that it is a “Video-sharing platform introduced its plan to monetize videos and share the revenue with creators. Create your channels and become even more popular around the world.”

Upon registering, users can create their channel and upload videos, and the site claims they can make money.

How long have they been active?

According to Whois.com and ScamAdviser, the domain was registered in January 2019, making the site a few years old.

However, when I checked the same site on Archive.org, I was surprised to note the site has been inactive for a good while. This is never a good sign as one wonders why were they offline for so long.

Febspot.com Customer Review

When I checked on ScamAdviser, febspot.com has an overall rating of 4.4/5 stars from 7 reviews while on Trustpilot, the site has 2.6/5 stars from 5 reviews. The reviews on ScamAdviser are mixed, with one user claiming it's a fake while another claims it's time-wasting.

What I found interesting is that the positive reviews don’t have an explanation as to why the user gave a 5-star rating. There is no way of telling how the user arrived at such a rating or what their experience was.

On Trustpilot, the most common issue with some of the users is that they were unable to make withdrawals. This is a grave accusation as the main purpose of the website is to create videos and monetize them.

Bottom Line

Overall, though there is not a lot of information to determine whether or not Febspot.com is legit or a scam, there is a high likelihood that it's dubious. They claim to be a video platform where video creators can make money with their videos. However, the site has been on and off for a while and the positive reviews are not convincing. Some users are complaining about not being able to make withdrawals.

Caution should be exercised when dealing with Febspot.com. There are a lot more reputable options for monetizing videos like YouTube or TikTok.
