Pay to Click Scams

Pay-to-Click or PTC Scams prey on people, especially students, in low-income countries who wish to earn a side income doing simple work. PTC sites claim to pay users for things such as clicking on ads, solving captchas, posting links, viewing videos and more. While paying for such activities itself constitutes click fraud and are illegal, many of these platforms will get users to do the work for them and not pay them at all. Some sites may even ask for money before the user can start working.
